Pleasure flows through the body
Movement comes from the soul
Playfulness being a prayer of gratitude
on this path of love dancing home

A unique opportunity to explore and discover the bodies wisdom through dance, somatic movement, embodied anatomy, embryology, conscious touch, playfulness and meditation.
Navanita will guide this process oriented on creating a supportive space where you are invited to explore trusting your bodies guidance. Her approach is done in a light hearted, fun way so that you can play and enjoy in your own unique discoveries . The process that unfolds from the group and its individuals encourages experiencing how your creativity is a healing power.
It is an experiential based workshop oriented on reclaiming your inherent resources by consciously moving from where your dance of life began ...your very first cell. Awakening consciousness in your body allows the innate cellular intelligence of the body to guide you and is a way to gently come back home and inhabit your own body. The group is based on an understanding that what you need for your healing and growth lies within you, supporting trust and a feeling of well-being,safety and "at home-ness" in your body.
By exploring different body systems, such as fluids, bones, muscles, respiratory
blood circulation and organs, you re-member and claim all the intelligent "members" of your beloved body and claim their innate resources, support and strengths.
Mind and body are integrally connected and a respectful change of how you perceive and live in your body can support your health, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.As habitual patterns in the body change or become more flexible, the mind also changes, allowing for more greater openess ,choice, creativity and spontanaity of being.
This allows and supports you to live your life in a body of well-being, trusting your way in this dancing with life.
The thin red jellies within you or within me,
the bones and the marrow in the bones.
The exquisite realization of health;
O I say these are not the parts and gems of the body only, but of the soul.
O I say now these are the soul!
Whalt Whitman

Move, explore, inhabit, feel safe and be at home in the body. Remember the forgotten language of your body.
This group celebrates the life of the body-the mysteries, adventures and
potentialities that a human bodily life dances. It is oriented on intuitive
and scientific experimentation and is an invitation to inhabit a place without
words. It is " experiential’ because you will perceive, move, and out of the
moving body, source your own understanding and innate, healing wisdom.
Natural dance ,somatic movement, embodied anatomy, embryology studies, infant movement development, creativity, playfulness and meditation are "
navigating "tools we will be playing with to get to know your own body and its
embodied consciousness .
"Soma"(translated from Greek) means awareness of the body from within and
embodiment is being at home in the body and accessing its cellular
consciousness. In reality, most lives are lived in dynamic motion, dynamic
relation to other people and the environment and your spiritual practice
needs to support you to deal with this. Somatic and embodiment tools and
resources support your spiritual practices to be integrated into your daily
life. Resources come from rediscovering and re-establishing a new felt sense of your body in its entirety. This is happening through a joyful and light
hearted enquiry, experiencing that being absorbed in play is how we learn best.
Inhabiting the body more fully and awakening consciousness of the
embodied resources which we can find in the body systems: working with the map of cells, membranes and fluids, organs, bones, and muscle tissue
as well as the ancient knowing of a fluid endocrine and nervous system. We come to acknowledge how each body has its own unique language and
each body system has its own natural dance.
We will explore movement as a direct way to perceive sense and express
ourselves. Movement is life. Everything in the body moves. The cells
pulsate, the breath of life expands and contracts, the heart beats, the blood
flows and while many different rhythms are dancing throughout the body,
underneath it all pulses a pervading mysterious life source of stillness. To
remember this essence, or spirit, empowers and supports the dance of
being just natural.
To reclaim this we will experientially move from where our dance of life
began....our very first cell and access our innate cellular consciousness. By
re-experiencing how our one original cell grew through movement into a whole human body, we become aware of how this is influencing our perception
of ourselves, others and the environment today. By bringing consciousness to
this, we have the ability to change. We are nature. Our bodies are
part of nature. Experientially being part of it enlivens our body and spirit.
We will be playing in nature, with our somatic tools to support opening our
senses and minds to make contact with the outer landscape. Movement,
touch, breath and stillness are the preverbal somatic languages of the body/mind system. Integrating and embodying them creates inner conditions to support natural response to the outer environment. A lot of energy in today’s
civilization goes into discussing the ecology, with all of its doom and
gloom statistics, often overwhelming people with despair. It is hard to hold a
space for hope when fear arises. In this seminar we will be regaining our
trust, resources and health orientation. Returning to a direct sensory meeting
with the natural environment can awaken a powerful passion and
connection. We will be opening to nature, and re-organizing our civilized
bodies to creatively embody our earthly nature (we are "Earthlings" after all).
By re-experiencing how our one original cell grew through movement into a whole human body , we become aware of how this is influencing our
perception of ourselves, others and the environment today. The somatic elements give you resources and security to abandon habit and play with
something new. Each day begins somatically settling into and exploring our
inner landscapes with movement, sensing, touch, contact, expression,
visualizing, breath, and stillness practices. We will be taking this embodied
exploration of being in our bodies into the landscape. The interaction The
interaction with nature becomes a moving meditation where you practice being
present to both the inner and outer life as one dance.
The body is the greatest mystery in
the whole of existence. This
mystery needs to be loved -its
mysteries, its functions to be
intimately inquired into."
Osho
‘We can never obtain peace or environmental stability until we create peace
within ourselves.’
Dalai Lama

This group celebrates the life of the body - the mysteries, adventures and potentialities that a human bodily life enjoys, the joy of movement.
It is oriented on experimentation and is an invitation to inhabit a place without words. This rememberance of the forgotten language of the body journey is through somatic movement, dance, embryology, cellular consciousness ,embodiment, sensing, touch, visalization, expression , playfulness, creativity and silence.
Bodies are made to move.Through movement their potentiality and functioning is maintained, they repair themselves, stablise the nervous system, discharge unnecessary tensions, rebalance and move in life at a smooth and easy optimum.
They even have inbuilt “feel good” chemicals that are released when you move. It makes sense then that the body really needs to move. Movement is life. The first cell danced into life and the growth of the body awakened. Through remembering and re-experiencing how you grew through movement ... beginning from the very first cell you once were..., you can more fully embody yourself and lifes dance
The very first sense in the body to develop was sensing through movement .As the body moved it had a way of sensing and perceiving itself and it grew through movement. In this group we will be re-establishing this ability to stay present through the intrinsic resource of sensing yourself through movement and inhabiting your own body. This practice creates stability, consisitency and establishes an easy way to perceive yourself in this moment.
This group is oriented on experimentation and widening perception of what is possible, being conscious of habitual ways of moving and having an influence on awakening and discovering new and creative possibilities.
Movement originates from stillness and silence. While every cell has its own rhythm, they all dance from a place of inner spaciousness ,which is your potent life source We will be practicing embodying and remembering this “place of space” within. By moving from it, you re-establish and empower your being connected to its peace...where you can be at home, rest , integrate and be empowered.
Moving from stillness is reconnecting with your natural movement and moving from an authentic place through sensing, visualizing and expressing and allowing this to return you to a state of being just natural.
"The body is an abode. It is a temple, but not empty.
It is full of light, it is full of life.
Realizing this - you dance."
Osho

Movement is life . The way you move has an effect on your quality of life. How you live in your body and how you relate to it, influences your perception to yourself and your relationship to your environment.
In this group we explore our own resources - body, mind and our innate consciousness. We ourselves are the medium of our discoveries. We offer
a space where you can trust your own perception and let go of the tension, such as " wanting to do it right“.
On this journey through our body and it's anatomy we re-establish perception from the inside and reclaim innate resources . This new consciousness influences the expression of our dance and expands our movement possibilities. The body systems- bones, muscles, organs, connective tissue ,blood, lymph and ,in fact, each cell have their own consciousness which becomes tangible through the lived experience. An inspiration for our dance.
Movement began in the very first cell you once were and which is still in your body. Remembering this primary intelligence and experiencing that you grew through movement, you reclaim the trust in your innate wisdom. The dance of your life can flow and be more whole .
This seminar contains both: the cognitive and the experiential learning of the body as well as the dynamic of perception. This makes it possible for you to become clear, feel more contained and to develop a sense of wholeness, power, peace, balance and self regulation.
We will experiment with this and stay connected to our body in a playful way, while moving in life from the inside out.
"My secret is not far from my limit.
It is a light that the eye cannot perceive.
It is like the soul that no man sees.
Yet the soul is not hidden from the body nor the body from the soul."
- RUMI -

Who is better qualified to be yourself other than you?
This group is supporting you to enjoy and simply be who you are. It is oriented in an understanding, that what you need for your own healing and growth lies within. It is an playful experimental “being” – rather than “doing”-process in dance and movement by experiencing the body from within (somatics) through visualisation, touch and silence.
In a safe space you find support in trusting your own
body language and body wisdom. The methods are simple and direct ways to experience that “feeling good” is the basis for authentic transformation. Perception of your own body as a friend and feeling welcome in it establishes a safe place.
Movement and dance is explored through the direct experience of your own body systems, tissues and cells. The learning process takes place in the mind and in the body itself and it is integrated at the cellular level.
When you take time to make contact with your body it becomes progressively easier to feel safe, accepted and home in your own skin and in the world. This makes conditions to express yourself, to relate to others and your environment with clearer perception and a richer range of creative and healthy behavioural possibilities.
You live in the body, it is your home. It has its own unique language. To experience consciously being contained within your own skin gives you a direct and safe place to be just natural and at home in yourself. We will be practicing how to take care and stay present .in every day life.

Training Retreat
In this training you will bring consciousness to movement as a direct way to perceive, sense and express yourself.
Movement is Life and Life is Movement. Beginning the journey from where your dance of life originated...your very first cell.. you will consciously embody your magnificent dance of humaness.
A unique opportunity to move, explore ,inhabit, feel safe and be at home in the body through natural dance, somatic movement, embodied anatomy, embryology, conscious touch, playfulness and meditation.
Somatic and embodiment tools can support your spiritual practices to be integrated into your regular daily lifestyle .In reality most lives are lived in motion, dynamic relation to other people and the environment and your spiritual practice needs to help you deal with this; to be grounded spiritaualy.
Everything in the body moves with life ...the heart beats, the breath of life expands and contracts, the blood flows, the cells pulsate and while many different rhythms of life are dancing throughout the body ,underneath it all continuously pulses a pervading mysterious life source.Movement is a language of life, a direct pathway of communication and a connection to an innate wisdom.
Our sense of movement called our 6th sense was the first cranial nerve to mylenate in the womb, indicating how important it was and still is for life support, growth, development and orientation.Later our education and culture placed more emphasis on the other 5 senses and in this training we will consciously re-establish the validity of this 6th sense of movement . A language which needs to first move ,sense and express in order to understand.
Experience in life first moved in the cells, the embryo and infant movement development and in bringing consciousness here we can repattern habitual movement habits to become more flexible, change ,re-orient on ease, health and feeling good. You will embody and find ways to rebuild your awareness of your boundaries ,the container and the inner spaciousness of the body and reestablish a perception of your life source centre (dantien or hara ) through a felt sense of its actual physical location in the body. This makes it more safe and tangible .You will discover the support of somatic movement as grounded spirituality.
"Soma" means awareness of the body from within. Somatic movement explores the essence of movement from the perspective of the interconnectedness, organisation, communication and respondability of the body systems, tissues and cells. Habitual movement patterns can be greatly supported to find new and healthier ways by bringing awareness to movement initiated from alternative body systems. For example, replacing the fitness industries emphasis on muscles and bones for movement by bringing consciousness to the organs as movement initiators .You will be amazed and delighted to find that each organ has a unique intelligence ,resource and energy. When embodied their contribution to the body moving as one organic unity is empowering.
In the group room a safe place is created to support your perception of movement as a powerful resource to stay connected to yourself, no matter what is happening inside or outside. Moving in a conscious and embodied way allows your dance to be an expression of your present internal state of being. This supports clarity, subjectivity and truth of your experience-bypassing the rational, analytical and cognitive interpretations- and feeling yourself more present, alive and whole.
By embodying and consciously experiencing your intrinsic body systems, dancing cells and movement development you re-establish internal resources that underly support as you express, relate and respond to the external environment and others. You will be exploring and playing with this in the beautiful landscape of Greece - dancing, moving and responding in nature to support your creative, spontaneous and authentic movement.
Reclaiming and living your authenticity in your Dance of Life: "First Move,Then Understand"
"There is a vitality,a life force,a quickening that is translated through you into action, and there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it,it will never exist through any other medium;and will be lost .The world will not have it. It is not your business to determine how good it is ,nor how it compares with other expression. It is your business to keep the channel open."
Martha Graham

Navanita creates an experiential journey of connecting with your inner healing power and Gui-Dance. Keys and tools are played with to support you living and trusting your own "realness" and dancing your own dance. Life is the teacher. Dance is a Path of following the inner directions ,signals and signposts home . The body has a wisdom and every cell is programmed for the journey on the inner path home.
The body is instinctive and its intuition is the guidance from the soul. The knowing from within is something much bigger than the mind knowledge. To trust it and follow the body we learn and practice how to listen to it. Experimenting and discovering what helps and supports each dancer on his /her unique way. Body and kin aesthetic awareness (sensing through movement-our sixth sense) create roots into your being. Stability and grounding come from having a sense of your physical structure This is bringing the awareness into the moment. A "reality check" to truth. Being where you are is being where your body is. Movement is what life is about.
Everything is in a continuous movement from the tiniest cell within the body to the stars that are dancing their luminous light around us. Its all one movement . The heart dancing its continual rhythmic beat keeps us tuned to the dance of existence. Life is pulsing through the body physically and spiritually. The heart pumps blood and love together. The lungs natural rhythmic flow of inhalation and exhalation support our awareness of being an inner and outer movement. The mystery that dances inside us and outside us is the same thing, its comes from the same source called life love or love life. With it we are wholly alive. Love is the Healing power.
The source of life. Celebrating life restores the sense of wonder and gratitude to the mystery and has a magical way that brings the movement of the colours to life . Life can be felt in your dance, when the feet feel the beat, when the heart dances in tune with the essence.Something is fully present. There are no words for it. Life is what is pulsating through the bodies. Its what moves through and connects us to the other dancers on the dance floor of life.
