Navanita creates an experiential journey of connecting with your inner healing power and
Gui-Dance. Keys and tools are played with to support you living and trusting your own "realness" and dancing your own dance.

Life is the teacher. Dance is a Path of following the inner directions ,signals and signposts home . The body has a wisdom and every cell is programmed for the journey on the inner path home. The body is instinctive and its intuition is the guidance from the soul. The knowing from within is something much bigger than the mind knowledge. To trust it and follow the body we learn and practice how to listen to it.
Experimenting and discovering what helps and supports each dancer on his /her unique way. Body and kin aesthetic awareness (sensing through movement-our sixth sense) create roots into your being. Stability and grounding come from having a sense of your physical structure This is bringing the awareness into the moment. A "reality check" to truth.
Being where you are is being where your body is. Movement is what life is about. Everything is in a continuous movement from the tiniest cell within the body to the stars that are dancing their luminous light around us. Its all one movement . The heart dancing its continual rhythmic beat keeps us tuned to the dance of existence. Life is pulsing through the body physically and spiritually.
The heart pumps blood and love together. The lungs natural rhythmic flow of inhalation and exhalation support our awareness of being an inner and outer movement. The mystery that dances inside us and outside us is the same thing, its comes from the same source called life love or love life. With it we are wholly alive. Love is the Healing power. The source of life. Celebrating life restores the sense of wonder and gratitude to the mystery and has a magical way that brings the movement of the colours to life .
Life can be felt in your dance, when the feet feel the beat, when the heart dances in tune with the essence.Something is fully present. There are no words for it. Life is what is pulsating through the bodies. Its what moves through and connects us to the other dancers on the dance floor of life.

CREATIVITY: DELIGHT IN YOUR OWN LIGHT

Creativity is an ability to respond to life. This group is oriented on supporting and inspiring creativity, spontaneity and playfulness. Dancing, sensing, natural and authentic movement, the powerful resource of resting into the silence – and stillness and moving in ease from this place and of responding in the moment. You are invited to be authentic and responsive rather than reactive. Responding is living in the present time, while reacting is old habits and structures that are dragged from the past. Responding is a way of life where you live moment to moment and „Trust Your Guts“. Experimenting with what works and what doesn`t.
You have a safe space in the group room to explore what happens when you are allow your spontaneous responses and can practice how to make this safe for yourself in daily life. Being able to be delighted and surprised at yourself and what comes from not preplanning, controlling and functioning and being able to let go and trust. We will be playing with responding through impulses and natural movements. That can be big visible movements or may be very tiny and internal. Having fun with not knowing and delighting in the surprises that come from this.
Humour is a powerful ingredient for being healthy and feeling comfortable with trusting your own responses, supporting you to be in the moment. Everyone has a big smile in the belly that makes life less serious and more light. Delight in your own light! The art of responding to life is meditation in movement. Awake to the moment, being safe and at home in your own skin, having fun and the courage of being totally alive.

STEP BY STEP, DANCING IN NOW

It is the spirit or life force in you that dances. Your body is the beloved instrument an embodied mystery. This group is focused on remembering this gift called "body" and connecting with its inner resources, qualities and strengths. So we start by welcoming it as an instrument or temple that is available or receptive to the dance of life, to acknowledge its gifts and than the creative and joyful-source will totally unfold through this movement experience created by Navanita. Life dances trough us and to dance is to celebrate this gift called life.

Healing through the natural dance is about focusing and remembering the state of peace, silence, being, home on the inside and practicing returning to it. Taking care of it and shifting the focus from the outside into the inside. To dance from the inner and into the inner. To dance your innocence.

Your body is always here and now, that's its gift. In today’s fast paced world many have forgotten how to stay connected with the body and live life relating from the head. We will discover what a joy it is to live in and love the body. When we connect with its kinaesthetic sense and trust its natural movements, dance and impulses it will guide us with its innate wisdom to a place called home on the inside. Our true healing guidance and power is a natural gift of life source. It is not by chance that Remembering the Forgotten Language of the Body, an ancient meditation, was the last meditation OSHO left us with.

Likewise Navanitas personal healing journey, in which she practiced, listening and trusting the body’s wise and innocent language to heal her broken body after a severe accident, became a true gift. She is now dancing and celebrating life in a new way. Many friends supported her with their love and presence and she learnt to receive and focus on living love in life as the dance. After many years of experimenting she has created and shares her trust in the Natural Dance and Movement combined with talking and listening to the body as a key. She encourages people to recognize their true nature as simple and creative. To be innocent as a child and wise as the ancient mystics with every cell dancing, vibrating and celebrating with its original beauty.

Navanita has created a unique combination of Natural Dance Movement: Remembering the Forgotten Language of the Body, Healing through Movement, Body Awareness, WuWei, Sacred Stretching, Conscious Touch, Playfulness, Innocence and connecting with the Silent Space on the inside to become simply available for existence to dance through us.

Within the group room the "tribe of truth seekers" creates a dance gathering where love and safety support each individual on their unique journey. Dancing, resting inside, connecting with the inner strengths where healing, restoration and love are just natural.

 

Step by step

STEP BY STEP - THE ART OF DANCING WITH LIFE

This training is focused on supporting the participant to remember and trust the wisdom and the Gui-Dance of his own body. Allowing the innocent and natural dance and movement, connecting and bringing the focus on the space of “being“, being just natural...being “Home on the Inside“.

Navanita’s sensitivity and intuition gently guides the group and the individual to reconnect with nourishing his body and being in an innocent and playful way. It is simple and powerful to refocus on this moment as the only moment. This is the gift that the body supports us with, as it is always here in this moment - present.

The life force inside the body is the healing source. A vast space that has a magical way of healing what is needed when it is recognized. To heal your being to become whole again - body, mind and spirit all as one.

By relaxing into yourself you regain the connection with the mystery and the dance of life.

Magical ingredients for the training include: Lots of playfulness, that Transforming Energy which is your nature..., Love, Dancing, Moving, Touching, Being Silent, Resting Inside, Pleasure, and Space to Trust yourself...to come "Home".

TRAINING: LOVE IS THE DANCE OF LIFE

A training of meditation and creativity, to discover the mystery of dance and the wisdom of the body and ways of living and sharing it.

The body is full of wonder, in movement and stillness. Dance, when we allow it, is a simple and very powerful meditation.

During the training we tune our creative instument -The Body - with acceptance and love. Allowing its natural movements to unwind and guide us into stillness and connecting with the space on the inside called home or the 'no-body '.Through discovering that our best friend is our body trust is re-established and relaxation flows into loving and living this life as a dance.

The tools we work and play with include natural dancing, movement and body awareness, talking and listening to the body, experiential anatomy, stretching, touch, massage, playfulness, presence, love,latihan, trusting and allowing the bodies natural impulses, stories in motion and of course connecting with emptiness or no-bodiness.

In essence allowing and watching the Dancer becoming one with the Dance ,meeting the intelligenc of the Body, learning to communicate Being and feeling, and dancing playfully with Life .

The format and subjects of the training will follow and flow with the needs of the group and its participants. It will be a space of learning to relate with the group and with the individual. Learning to be yourself and discovering the supports needed to stay 'resting at home on the Inside'.

As you discover your own unique qualities you will also explore different ways of sharing and communicating them . In this training a variety of Body and No-body awareness techniques, ways of working with energy, dance, playfulness and meditation can be experienced. Allowing the dance to happen and living Love as the Dance of Life.

BEING AT HOME IN THE BODY. The Body is always here. You live in the body ... It is your best and wisest fiend Meditation begins at the base - your body-where you are grounded and rooted.

You can take one or a combination of sessions that are designed for making friends with your body, in its presence, innocence and truth. A series of sessions supports you in creating and living love in your life.

Letting go of tensions (protections) that are no longer and creating space for something new.

LOVING THE BODY

Loving Being at Home in the Body

Love begins at home in your body. Learning the language of your own body is simple and you have your own unique way to feel and listen to its messages, in rediscovering the innocence and trust, in it you find your best and wisest friend in your body.

This group is focused on loving the Body through playfulness, massage, experiential anatomy, stretching, natural movement, body flow and unwinding, remembering talking and listening to the body meditation, guided relaxation and of course connecting at home on the inside with the nobody. The body is very wise and it knows what it needs to let go of any energetic holding patterns and knows how to move and unwind to easily dissolve tensions that are no longer needed. Episodes of pain and shock in the body, together with the modern emphasis on body "image", has often caused us to cut off from it. Keys are given in this group to support you remembering the joy of being and living in the body.

In this group we dance and celebrate life. Dancing is the art of being in tune with existence,the art of being alive ,playful,and creative . Through dance you learn to feel at home in your body. The bodies instinctual wisdom speaks through movement.We just listen and follow.While doing this we experience a sense of wholeness,pleasure and joy. In an atmosphere of trust and love it will be easy to let go of effort, inhibitions and tensions that prevent you from expressing yourself freely.You feel at ease and comfortable and the power of your presence.

HEALING THROUGH DANCE

We are embodied mysteries. A life source is dancing through us ...through the body. It has a natural focus on health and is a state of being at "ease"(rather than "diseased "). Within the body there is a natural power to create or to live and the "GUI-DANCE " is available. This group is supporting you to connect with your inner healing power and to live life in your totality and vitality. Celebrating and dancing are ways of thanking existence. An easy path to reconnect with your natural capacity to be fully alive, playful, peaceful and creative .

Being in the body is returning the energy that has been fixed in the head for most of your life and - remembering it s natural place .This new awareness or presence in the body activates aliveness and dancing life source within the cells of the body . Simply having a focus back in the body awakens the language that is communicating a natural capacity to heal itself... aligning to our natural state of health potency. In fact the body is continuously signalling what is needed to take care of it. We will learn this art. The body needs nourishment, love, car, respect. We remember its wisdom through loving and taking care of it. Care implies everything. By playing, dancing, natural, moving, touching and being touched, stretching and being silent we experiment and explore with ways to find what your unique body needs to connect with it and the inner healing.

The body is always in the moment. To experience this is connecting with something that you can trust. It is made to move. By giving it space to move how it wants rather than interfering and telling it how to move, the body reveals its instinctual wisdom. It speaks through movement. It communicates through the inner body: we need only to listen and to take care. To return to the body is to put back the missing pieces of a jigsaw puzzle called ourselves. A whole picture is revealed and this feels good. This feeling good is about being whole again. The mind, the body and the soul are alone. Dancing together as one in tune or in harmony. Dance is life and Life is Dance.

STEP BY STEP - NOW THE BODY SPEAKS

In this group Navanita will help you to connect with your body and to learn its language. While we are dancing we learn to listen to it through conscious movement, touch, breath, body awareness, playfulness and silence. The way is to dance from silence.

Together we embark on an adventurous journey. You discover that your body loves to move all by itself. You just allow it - the less you are in control the more freedom of movement your body will experience and enjoy. Thereby you will feel exuberantly alive, grounded and in contact with yourself. Where your body is, is where your life is. Your body is closest to nature and nature is truth. You will learn to trust and follow the body. Whether you are letting go or controlling - your body is always here. Accepting it as it is creates confidence.

Often we try to compete and succeed. In this group we learn the power of allowing things to happen. Allowing is the source of creativity. When you are in harmony with your body, you are in harmony with the source of its wisdom - the soul. When the body, the mind and the soul are dancing together, you are pulsating in harmony with the whole. This is the essence of the group.

The body is an abode. It is a temple, but not empty.
It is full of light, it is full of life.

PRECIOUS DAYS TO RECHARGE AND RECOVER THE PEACE AND STILLNESS IN YOUR BODY/ MIND SYSTEM

Sahaj-Yoga

CENTERING - Finding a centre for initiating and supporting movement - the body finds its own unique alignment. The practice of embodying the Hara and connecting with its potency will make it available as a resource to stay connected to yourself in daily life.
EXPERIENTIAL ANATOMY- Bringing awareness to the internal support of the body. Skeletal system: Structural, basic framework-sets, foundation for the psychological qualities of clarity, effortlessness and form. Fascia and connective tissue: support the quality of connectedness and the sense of wholeness, and play a major role in the counterbalancing of tension and relaxation, rest and action. RELAXATION - Finding calmness in action, through the resources of the body and its ability to stay present and relaxed, without loosing yourself in a fast moving world.
SENSING AND EXPRESSING - To balance the sensing practice you will also have latihan, unwinding, dance, movement and playful and expressive tools. Responding to the needs of the group, releasing tension and expressing yourself in order to integrate and regulate the emotional and nervous system. Connecting

Hence these are integrative days to regulate and stabilise the nervous system. Connecting with the silent and powerful place within will help to stabilise, regulate and balance the emotional, mental and physical body/ mind system.

SAHAJ YOGA STRETCHING - The stretches are designed so that you can continue practicing them as a regular meditation. Sahaj means easy, natural and spontaneous. The body actually knows what stretches it needs to help him to maintain a balanced and smooth functioning unit. Yoga means union of body mind and soul. Stretching is about “keeping the extension and dropping the tension “. Whether you are experienced in yoga or not these days will nourish you. Bringing consciousness into the body empowers it.

SAHAJ YOGA STRETCHING..PART 2

Sahaj means Spontaneous, Natural and essentially Easy. The focus of this coaching training is to support the participants own awareness and caring approach to their bodies. After this skill being developed and practiced the teaching to others about the body can happen with love and consciousness.
Sahaj Yoga Stretching has been a practice Navanita has been playing with for about 30 years. She combines many different methods in this unique meditation. Her own journey, through many techniques such as stretching, yoga, body awareness, tai-chi, aikido, feldenkrais , African dance, movement, meditation, fitness training and of course her own healing journey, helped her to explore in very small and intricate details the inner awareness of her own body. Through this joy and love of the exploration of the inner body Navanita has created a way for the participant to become familiar and friendly with his own body and to develop a dialogue and an awareness of the unique language of the body he lives in.

From there the participant is supported to develop and create ways to communicate with this language (how his body speaks - how others bodies speak and respond) and to cultivate an experiential approach of how to connect with the inner body.

This is an important support in daily life where we are often pulled away from ourselves and have to become functioning human beings fulfilling the role we need to play. But when we have a direct contact with the inner body it is easy to stay in the moment and be natural and ourselves. Through staying directly connected to the body we can develop and maintain a trust and grounding in ourselves. After all the body is always Here!!!! So it makes simple sense that when we stay aware of this then we can feel one or at home with ourselves. Nevertheless the usual habit is that we are often looking outside and this can create a feeling of separation and alienation. Sooner or later this disconnection with ourselves can become painful. So by practicing to remain in the moment through staying connected to the here and now we empower ourselves. We reclaim the body that we live in and instead of living in a house we can return to living in our own home.

Conscious stretching means stretching without pushing or manipulating the body. Allowing the lengthening to happen supports the muscles to let go of old tensions that are not needed anymore and creates space for more easy and natural ways of moving. This can also be a helpful key in daily life to find and maintain a more natural and effortless way of moving. Creating a comfortable and safe approach to movement.

This group is an experiential body, movement and dance journey.It is oriented on an understanding that what we need for our healing and growth lies within us.
It is an opportunity to develop trust in the language of your own body.As a participant you will be playing with ways to connect with and empower your inner wisdom and the powerfull life source within.
Bringing awareness to your body is a powerful and yet simple way to access and remember its forgotten language . By being able to understand its signals and messages as supports in feeling and trusting yourself you reclaim and intrinsic knowledge from within which is always here.

The body/ mind system has a natural intelligence Through following and taking care of it and being friendly to ourselves , gratitude for life is kindled.Life becomes more of an adventure and something that you can have fun in rather than making an effort or work hard and more at living . You will have an opportunity to recalim your innocence and playfulnees which is your natural state of being .Life simply becomes a dance.
Within this group you will be developing and practicing ways to stay resourced ,grounded and centerd in your own body . Consciousness is awakened through becoming aware of the body from the inside out and allowing its natural and sponateous movements . This enhances a clearer perception of yourself and in turn affects how you perceive your environment .When you can remain present ,alert and enjoying yourself this will affect how you will meet and perceive the world around you.
All this needs is practice ,mixed together with some playfulness and patience Step by step Remembering through the Dancing Path to be just natural and enjoy being yourself.

Dance, Embodiment and Sensing through Movement

Who is better qualified to be yourself other than you ? This group is supporting you to enjoy and simply be who you are. It is oriented in an understanding that what you need for your own healing and growth lies within. It is an experiential “being” rather than “doing” process in dance, movement, somatics (experiencing the body from within), touch, embodiment, yogastretching, playfulness, joy of life and silence.

MovementA safe space is created within the group to support you becoming friends and trusting the language and wisdom of your own body.
The methods are simple and direct ways to experience that “feeling good“ is a basis for authentic transformation.

Perception of your own body and feeling welcome in it establishes a safe place to be. We will be exploring this through visualization... where the brain consciously recognizes that the body exists; somatization...where you perceive yourself through movement, sensing and touch and through embodiment...where you remember and access the ancient intrinsic wisdom.The consciousness which informs, supports you and is always present and accessible in every moment.

When you take time throughout the day to make contact with your body it becomes progressively easier to feel safe, accepted and at home in your own skin and in the world. With this, your personal comfort and safety increase while fear and discomfort decrease.This makes conditions for feeling safe to express yourself creatively and to relate to others and your environment with clearer perception and a richer range of creative and healthy behavioural possibilities.

Through contact and integration of the bodymind system health benefits are gained.To be sensitive to your own organism is a way of self regulation, supporting wellness rather than dis-ease. Contact with the bodies wisdom and nurturing its health is an ongoing spiritual practice. Through listening and following the bodies authentic impulses you are allowing your dance of life and have a creative form of expression.

This gives freedom for the body to move, allow and express whatever comes. Pleasure, joy and delight in sensing yourself through movement. Dancing is meditation where you simply give yourself to the dance. ’’The dancer disappears and becomes the dance.“ You are just simply yourself being danced.

MOVING FROM STILLNESS: DANCE,EMBODIMENT AND SOMATIC MOVEMENT

This group celebrates the life of the body - the mysteries, adventures and potentialities that a human bodily life enjoys, the joy of movement.

It is oriented on experimentation and is an invitation to inhabit a place without words. This rememberance of the forgotten language of the body journey is through movement, dance, embodiment, sensing, touch, allowing, playfulness, creativity and silence.

Bodies are made to move.Through movement their potentiality and functioning is maintained, they repair themselves, stablise the nervous system, discharge unnecessary tensions, rebalance and move in life at a smooth and easy optimum.

They even have inbuilt “feel good” chemicals that are released when you move. It makes sense then that the body really needs to move.You just need to find out what it is to take care of your own unique body. How often, when, what amount and how much supporting rest is needed.

Movement is life. By sensing yourself through movement you become aware of your aliveness. The first cell danced into life and the growth of the body awakened. Through remembering and re-experiencing how you grew through movement ... beginning from the very first cell you once were..., you can more fully embody yourself and lifes dance.

The very first sense in the body to develop was sensing through movement .As the body moved it had a way of sensing and perceiving itself and it grew through movement. In this group we will be re-establishing this ability to stay in contact with yourself through the resource of sensing yourself through movement and inhabiting your own body. This practice creates stability,consisitency and establishes an easy way to perceive yourself in this moment.

This group is oriented on experimentation and widening perception of what is possible. Being aware of your natural movement involves movements that are large and visible,tiny or even internal movements.This creates a way of moving and being that opens perception, so we can become conscious of habitual ways and have an influence on awakening and discovering new and creative possibilities.

Movement originates from stillness and silence. The one original cell is still within. The “rhythm of life “ is a continual expansion and contraction; every cell in the body moves in this rhythm of reaching out and gathering into the space of stillness and every cell has a different rhythm. We will be practicing embodying and remembering this “place of space” within. By moving from it, you re-establish and empower your being connected to its peace...where you can be at home, rest and integrate.

Through remembering this natural rhythm of the cells you are able to regulate and support your body mind system. The balance between action and non-action is the inherent rhythm of life in your body.

This alive stillness is a place of health.
We have an inbuilt source of wisdom, which is oriented on health.The bodymind system wants to heal, wants to be whole. The power of health comes from feeling good and the stillness within. Through being able to find this in yourself you strengthen and empower health.
Following your natural movements allows the body to authentically move and return to its natural state of health and silence.

A safe space in the group is created for you to experience in your own way, how you can welcome and feel “being at home in your body” , to be part of the celebration of the dance of life - the joy of moving, the body letting go and blissfully responding to the inner and outer rhythm and music of life.
