By remembering, you are relearning what you already know.
Who is better qualified to be yourself other than you? This group is supporting
you to enjoy and simply be who you are. It is oriented in an understanding that
what you need for your own healing and growth lies within. It is an experiential
“being” rather than “doing” process in dance, movement, somatics( experiencing the body from within), touch,visualization,guided inner body exploration,relaxation,having fun , yoga stretching ,dancing in nature and
connecting with the healing power of the life source within. 

When you take time throughout the day to make contact with your body it becomes progressively easier to feel safe, accepted and at home in your own skin and in the world. With this, your personal comfort and safety increase while fear and discomfort decrease. This makes conditions for feeling safe to express yourself creatively and to relate to others and your environment with clearer perception and a richer range of creative and healthy behavioural possibilities.

Through contact and integration of the bodymind system health benefits are
gained.

To be sensitive to your own organism is a way of self regulation, supporting
wellness rather than dis-ease. Contact with the bodies wisdom and nurturing its
health is an ongoing spiritual practice. Through listening and following the
bodies’ authentic impulses you are allowing your dance of life and have a
creative form of expression. Dancing is meditation where you simply give
yourself to the dance. ‘The dancer disappears and becomes the dance.’ You are just simply yourself being danced.

A safe space is created within the group to support you becoming friends and
trusting the language and wisdom of your own body. The methods are simple and direct ways to experience that “feeling good“is a basis for authentic
transformation.

An experiential based approach in Re-Memembering that your own body contains all the wisdom, mystery and authenticity that you need.

  • We will orient on well-being, a "feeling good" approach and having fun.
  • We will be exploring the origins of movement to simply perceive ourselves

in our authenticity. We began dancing as one cell and through reconnecting with the consciousness of it and the trillions of cells dancing within the body-we
will re-establish our natural innate resources and supports.

  • Through visualization... where the brain consciously recognizes that the
    body exists; somatization...where you perceive yourself through movement, sensing and touch and through embodiment...where you remember and access the ancient intrinsic wisdom.
  • Movement is Life ...every system of the body has its own unique ability
    to perceive and respond. We will be exploring movement through the body systems: fluids, bones, muscles, organs, connective-tissue, blood... and the underlying and integrating cellular awareness.

Navanitas life-long exploration of the body, based on meditation and movement
practices, facilitating groups and leading individuals through sessions form the

basis of her work. Using an approach of authentic playfulness, a state of being
absorbed in joyful activity as the basis for learning, gained through insights
from her professional training as a teacher, led Navanita to understanding how
playfulness can support learning and discovering that what you need for just
being yourself in your natural dance is already within.

Navanita shows you how to be at home in your own body through a direct
connection with your own body. Her training and skilled applications of Somatic
Psychology as well as Trauma and self-regulation work enable her to help you
find your resources and re-establish a trust in the amazing and delightful
wonder of your moving self. By anchoring perceptions in experiential anatomy,
befriending your inner witness to be compassionate in the presence of your
sensations, feelings, thoughts and imagination, you discover new pathways of
behaviour based on spontaneity and aliveness. As such you gain tools to change
patterns, be these patterns in your beliefs or in your body. All movement
exploration is based on an orientation on health and ease, and as such all your
moving will be celebrated.

Navanitas approaches, continue to integrate explorations in embryological
movement development and how this affects, supports and underlies the potential of the whole of us... physical, spiritual, emotional and mental. By consciously exploring the movement that began in the womb we can call on the patterns first laid down in our nervous system, and thus allow us to feel and move with the full potential of our authentic self.

Navanita has many years of working within and beyond the Osho community.
She offers ongoing trainings, seminars and workshops internationally, has
published  a Yoga Stretching DVD  and Cellular Consciousness guided meditation CD. 

Her body of work is woven together through personal life-long exploration, professional trainings in Education,Dance Meditation ,Somatic Movement Education, Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy and is based on, as well as using the principles of Body-Mind Centering©. To have fun, to reclaim your innate and natural sense of movement, as your birthright to health and vitality is at the core of all her work.
