Embodiment and dance is a precious path and as you take a look at the planet it is obvious healing is needed This work offers just that To the body/mind and to the living consciousness within. The new work I am offering with Movement Development recreates a safe space to consciously experience the development of the body and how this affects behavioural patterns and beliefs that exist for our whole lives .
Because the growth of the body occurred at a place where there was no cognitive understanding , it is not usually clear why and how we have created certain beliefs and personality structures that affect our quality of life all the way through The intention of the work i am now offering is to innocently re-experience movement development and growth of the body and hence remember t its intrinsic wisdom .Through this are then able to now conscioulsy chose alternative and creative ways of moving in life - both physically and physcholigically . From what i have seen and experienced so far this releases old controlled patterns and creates more space for spontanaity and also responsibility for your life style .This of course brings freedom and peace Simply "Welcoming " your own body sincerely and "plop" a whole new world opens . PART ONE is the begiining of the continuum of the whole Coaching Training so will admit you to participating in all 5 parts.
To make it absolutely clear you can also of course particpate independently in any of the 4 parts and in any order To particiate in Part 5 all the parts 1-4 are essential to have completed Welcome and see you on the Dancing Path Home.

Coaching training :Body Dance Essence
This coaching training is an experiential body,movement, dance and meditation journey . It will include practical understanding of the body and dance and how it can be used in our daily life and / or in work to enhance and support staying present, creative and vitalised.The coaching training is oriented on an understanding that what we need for our healing and growth lies within us . It is an opportunity to develop trust in the language of our own body.
There are five parts of the coaching training.The first 4 can be done in any order .It is recommended to begin with the first part. The 5th part can only be participated in after completing the first 4 parts as it is developing teachers skills . Part 5 can be also used for personal growth experience.

PART ONE - THE DANCE OF EMBODIMENT
TRUST

The 7 days is an experiential dance, body, and movement journey for your individual understanding and appreciation of being at home in your own body. This is an opportunity for you to develop a trust in yourself and in your best friend -your body. By understanding its messages and signals as supports in feeling and trusting yourself you reclaim an intrinsic and instinctive knowledge which is always with you.
We will be exploring and discovering the qualities of the body parts and the body as an integrated whole. Wholeness is an essential resource or anchor in the natural and protective health from within. The life force that flows through the body is the connective healing power. Bringing consciousness to the body empowers its natural strengths and resiliences.
Part One is oriented on awakening consciousness within the body and remembering our origins of movement. The body grew through movement. Life is movement. We are made to move. We grow through movement. Life began from the first cell. We grew and evolved through movement.
Rekindling trust correlates directly with kinaesthetic awareness. This is our 6th sense. Translated it means awareness of beauty through movement. Developing awareness of the body through movement is a way of directly experiencing the body.
We will be rekindling an often forgotten language which you already have.
It is an easily remembered language. Which is not burrowed or learnt. You will be awakening your awareness of it and exploring very simple and practical ways to remain present, trust and simply be yourself.
Grounding and being at home in the body is growing into your own skin.
Through being able to sense where you are and of having a stable base you are able to move easily outwards into the outer environment. We will be practicing sensing, feeling, touching, moving and dancing as orientations to remaining present.
Rather than overloading the body/mind system. We will be exploring ways to remain grounded and resourced.
As we move deeper into the body there is a place of stillness in the centre of our body. The place which is now called our 2nd brain in western physiology and in the east is called the hara. This centering into the inner body anchors in stability, strength and in an intrinsic sense of security .... in being right here.
Centering helps deepen a clearer perception through anchoring in a vast inner spaciousness. Your perception of your outer environment is directly affected when you move from a space of presence. The body is the container and within the body is the inner home.
During part One a language through the body-movement and dance will be established. A language that will be used throughout the body essence dance coaching training.

.....experimenting and practicing dance and body oriented meditations that suit you and your life style.
Essentially life is something to have fun in rather than to work at.
Awaken to the joy of this mystery called life, discover and explore beneficial ways to support it being a dance of life.

SAHAJ YOGA STRETCHING..PART 2
Sahaj means Spontaneous, Natural and (the most important) Easy. The focus of this coaching training is to support the participants own awareness and caring approach to their bodies and when this skill is developed and practiced then the teaching to another about the body can happen with love and consciousness.
Sahaj Yoga Stretching has been something Navanita has been playing with for about 30 years.
She combines many different ways to this unique meditation. Her own journey through many techniques such as stretching, yoga, body awareness, tai-chi, aikido, Feldenkrais, African dance, movement, meditation, fitness training and of course her own healing journey. The inner awareness of her own body was explored in very small and intricate details. Through this joy and love of the exploration of the inner body Navanita has created a way for the participant to become familiar and friendly with their own body.
To develop a dialogue and an awareness of the unique language of the body you live in. From here the participant is supported to develop and create ways to communicate how the body speaks - their own and others. Participants will have an experiential approach to connect with the inner body.
An important support in daily life where we are often pulled away from ourselves and have to become functioning human beings fulfilling a role we need to play. When we have a direct contact with the inner body it is easy to stay in the moment and be natural and ourselves. Through staying directly connected to the body we can develop and maintain a trust and grounding in ourself. After all the body is always Here!!!! So it makes simple sense that when we stay aware of this then we can feel one or at home with ourselves. The usual habit is that we are often looking outside and this can create a feeling of separation. It can even feel painful.
All that it is, is a disconnection with ourself. So by practicing to remain in the moment through staying connected to the here and now we empower ourself. We reclaim the body that we live in and instead of living in a house we can return to living in our own home. Conscious stretching means stretching without pushing or manipulating the body. Allowing the lengthening to happen muscles are supported to let go old tensions that are not needed anymore and create space for more easy and natural ways of moving. This can also be a helpful key in daily life to find and maintain a more natural and effortless way of moving, creating a comfortable and safe approach to movement.
PART 3 CREATIVITY - The Source of Life

PART 3 is oriented on creativity, spontaneity, responding and playfulness in life.
By allowing internal and external impulsive movements we will awaken to the possibility of creating a new and healthy life style. Having the courage to ”let go“ and discover that this is actually your source of creativity.
IMPULSE AND UNWINDING
Beginning with establishing a safe and secure sense of allowing spontaneity and freedom by slowly and playfully experiencing stability within your own body.
Spontaneous movements help discharge tension in the bodymind-system and create openings for the life source to flow easily and smoothly. This creates space and activates the health potency and resiliences within the body.
ORIENATATION AND INTENTION
Becoming aware of that what we orient on is what we create. Aligning ourselves with what our needs and purpose in life are. Each one of us has an inherent potential.
We will do this through allowing spontaneous and authentic movements as a way of connecting with our inner wisdom. The depth of the inner world can speak clearly through the body. By following the body it is a way to trust our natural and instinctive impulses. To find and know our direction in life.
REASTABLISHING EMBODIMENT
and trust in our container - the body. As we have learnt to sense ourselves through movement and touch we will continue to explore embodiment. This is an ongoing process from part 1 and part 2. A continuation of awakening direct experiencing the moment through being in contact with your body. An integration of the body and mind into a coherent wholeness.
PLAYFULNESS
Regaining the sense of wonder, surprise and delight of our own playful resources. The ability to be surprised at the natural responses that just happen. Being able to not take ourselves so seriously is being able to lighten our souls Freeing potential creative life source which may have been trapped in making a lot of effort to hold onto an image of ourselves .
Being able to have a good laugh at and about yourself just feels good.
Within everyone is a light playful and innocent source. It may just need a little reminding from the outside that it is still very much alive and self supportive.
THE WATCHER
Practicing being a watcher. The art of being able to stay present in meditation as the internal witness notices the impulses that arise. Rather than projecting or analyzing the meditator seeks to experience whatever is without attachment or making it into a story. We will be strengthening this art of “OKness” and relaxation through the practice of being in the movement rather than doing it.
Thoughts, feelings, images, sensations can happen and we will practice allowing them in a non judgemental and non-interpretive way.
RESPONDING
Freedom of allowing and staying present. Establishing consistent contact with our bodies and practicing remaining grounded and centred will support integrated impulsive behaviour. Being able to know what you need and take care of them maintains stability and security in yourself. Rather than unconsciously projecting your needs outside you will be learning to take care and responsibility for yourself. This is a way of creating clarity.
BALANCE
Develop the natural balance between action and non action .Being creative also needs integrative resting time .It is the art of being friendly to yourself .
PERCEPTION
Perception has been created through social conditioning. We have learnt behavioural programmes that we think is what is needed in order to fit into our society. Of course this “need to belong” is a healthy need. What is not healthy is loosing contact and trust in our individuality and uniqueness. We will become conscious of these learnt and burrowed behavioural patterns that we live in order to feel part of our society. It is healthy to be part of the community and at the same time to respect and support being an individual.
HAPPY CELLS
What you take care of has the power to create. The art is to support health and take care of Happy Cells rather than take care of Disease. The happy cells empower the life source. It is simply remembering them and they strengthen the body from the inside.

CREATIVE ALTERNATIVE
Life is creative. There is always an offer in every situation to find new and creative possibilities. We will be practicing letting go and responding rather than reacting and having fun with being surprised with what comes.

Part 4 HEALTH AND FITNESS - MOVING INSIDE
Taking care of yourself and your body through connecting with the Inner Healer and Fitness for the Witness for the Body ,Mind and Soul. Grounded spirituality is about learning to accessthe wisdom of the Inner Healer and take care of thecontainer -the precious human body.Stretching ,strenghthening and stamina are the 3 s”s for a Western fitness programme and we will combine this with the Eastern approach to Health and Fitness of cultivating awareness of Chi or the life source . We will explore this through other techniques such as Walking , Body Scanning ,Guided Imagery,Talking to the BodyMind Meditation,Drawing,Touching and Anchoring in the Space of Silence.The participant will discover the wisdom from within their own body and detect what suits the body as a way of welcoming it and to take care ,inhabit ,respect and love it.Everyday needs become part of the daily meditation such as taking care of what diet suits the body and the amount of sleep it needs so that we shift from an ideal to a reality for supporting a healthy life style . Healing ,health ,holy and whole all come from the same root.... To be wholy in the body is the healing. When you take care of the body then the guidance can be accessed from within. We are spiritual body detectives having fun finding the hidden clues .

Part 5 LIGHT OF BEING - TEACHING TOOLS
An Exploration of presenting the practice of Embodiment,Natural Movement and Dance.As the skills are life value oriented part 5 can also be participated in purely for your own personal growth It is a continuation of the journey of Being in the Body and of Being Friendly and Kind to it. We will be exploring ways of presenting and teaching this work Along with communication skills and practices ,part 5 will respond to the needs of the participants and it will be incorporating the integration and ongoing exploration from the previous
four parts. An important part of this work is that what you teach you need to live .By playing with teaching it is actually a way of deepening your understanding and learning of the practices. Amongst the possible areas we will cover are:The art of staying connected to yourself while moving out;Developing a participant friendly approach beginning with yourself; Being able to Laugh ,Play and have Fun;Truth: “Being real brings Peace “; Living Love ;A deeper understanding of the techniques explored and chances to examine them in detail ,;Voice and Sound work;Clarity and Intention;Energy work;Music Appreciation and Meditation .The contents will vary and respond according to the needs of the individualand the group.
