Embodying Anatomy, Embodying Resources

Moving from our anatomical Map we inhabit our body through its language of sensation, somatic  movement, touch and expression with the magical ingredient of meditation, simply witnessing.

We are invited to

  •  Embody our anatomy through the map of the cells, membranes and fluids, organs, bones, muscle tissue, fascia, as well as the ancient knowing of the fluid endocrine and nervous system.
  •  "Re-Member"  the resources available in each body system.

When one system is overused it may become exhausted and stressed, for example our nervous system in our fast paced life style: We can recover the intelligence and resource from another body system to share the workload and perhaps even allow the overused body system to rest, recover and then return to work together as an embodied team, in health and wholeness .
