It connects you with an innate spaciousness in the body. By allowing the body to gently move spontaneously, you connect with a wisdom that knows and trusts  what is needed to be healthy and whole . You're invited and supported to surrender to the natural movement. Allowing the dance to dance you.
There's nothing to do. Just relax and let go into the moment. The second phase is called Prayer. Surrendering to the natural rhythm of lifes dance of receiving and giving. The prayer gesture is of opening to receive and allowing it to pass through you,letting go and giving it back to the earth.  The last phase is integrating while resting in silence.
